  • Do you provide outdoor ceremony seating?

    We do not provide outdoor ceremony seating. Please visit our resources page for recommended rental companies.

  • Do you have required vendors?

    We do not have required vendors, but we have a list of suggested vendors. You are welcome to use whomever you'd like.

  • How many events per day?

    The Silverthorne Pavilion holds one event per day.

  • What are your décor restrictions?

    The Silverthorne Pavilion does not allow glitter, rice, or designer heart rice. We also do not allow the use of tacks, nails or tape on our walls.

  • What is your capacity?

    For a seated event, 300 guests. The outdoor ceremony site holds approximately 175 seated.

  • Are dogs allowed?

    Dogs are not permitted inside the Silverthorne Pavilion. Dogs are welcome at our outdoor ceremony site and on our patio.

  • Can I put a hold on a date? Does this require a deposit?

    Yes! No deposit or contract is required. We do ask for some basic contact and wedding information. The hold will stand until you are ready to reserve the date or you get challenged by another party. If you get challenged by another party, you will have 48 hours to sign a contract and pay the deposit or release the date to the other party.

  • Is the Silverthorne Pavilion handicap accessible?

    Yes, it is handicap accessible and there is an elevator inside for ADA access to the mezzanine level.

  • Are day-of coordinators or wedding planners required?

    We do not require a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. However, one is highly recommended.

  • Can we bring in non-alcoholic drinks?

    Yes.

  • What is included in the kitchen?

    Our kitchen is a prep kitchen, there are no dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. The kitchen has two warming ovens that reach a maximum temperature of 350 degrees, dishwasher, walk in cooler, ice machine, sinks and prep spaces. Coffee pots and supplies are an additional $30.
