Guests may request, in advance, items that are not listed. Off-menu liquor items will be charged by the bottle, at the appropriate drink price, based on how many pours can be made from the bottle. Off-menu beer and wine items will be charged by the case, at the appropriate drink price, based on how many drinks can be made from the case.

Tier One: $25/bottle

  • CK Mondavi Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio – California – 100% California grown grapes.
  • Jacob’s Creek Moscato – Australia – Attractive tropical and subtle pear fruit flavors and aromas with a great balance.

Tier Two: $30/bottle

  • Beringer Founders’ Estate Cabernet Sauvignon – California – Lush black fruit and cassis flavors that are complemented by baking spice and vanilla aromas. Soft but structured tannins with a long finish. Pairs well with anything from duck to barbequed ribs to steak.
  • Domaines Paul Mas ‘Claude Val’ Rouge Red Blend – France – 50% Grenache Rouge, 25% Carignan, 5% Syrah, 10% Merlot. Southern Rhone, France. Nose is brambly and rich, with raspberry and spice notes. The palate has sweet generous fruit, with hints of anise, before a gentle, spicy finish.
  • Dante Reserve Chardonnay – California – Dante Reserve Chardonnay draws you in with its easy drinking structure, with fruit comprised of honeyed aromas of mandarin oranges, orange blossom, and citrus zest. It is followed by the bright mouth feel that is layered with flavors of sweet Fuji apples and vanilla bean.
  • San Elias Sauvignon Blanc – Chile – Pale in color with a goosberry bouquet, apple and citrus fruits aromas, and fresh zesty flavor.

Tier Three: $35/bottle

  • Gabbiano Chianti (Sangiovese) – Italy – Aromas of red cherry, dried herbs, nuanced by vanilla note. Dry, medium-bodied with velvety tannins displaying flavors of licorice and spice.
  • Shoofly Shiraz – South East Australia – This Shiraz is sourced from a collection of top South Australian vineyards with robust flavors of dark berry and a lifted savory spiciness from the cooler sites. McLaren Vale’s temperate maritime climate offers rich, ripe fruit characters and great acid balance. Padthaway and Adelaide enjoy a cool and continental climate, perfect for producing spicy fruit.
  • Campo Viejo Tempranillo – Spain – The nose offers rich aromas of ripe red fruits and the palate is perfumed, soft and fresh with a finish that leaves memories cherries, vanilla and cocoa.
  • Cholila Ranch Malbec – Patagonia, Argentina – Aromas of ripe plum and mulberry with violet hints. Ripe black fruits and fig on the palate with touches of smoke and vanilla. A truly powerful yet balanced wine with a persistent finish. Named for the former Ranch owned by Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
  • Louis Latour Ardèche Chardonnay – Burgundy, France – Aromas of green apple and pear with bright fruit on the palate and a crisp finish.
  • Barone Fini Pinot Grigio, Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy – Crisp and clean, focused on the palate, with subtle fruit flavors, balanced acidity, and a lingering finish.
  • MacMurray Pinot Noir – Sonoma Coast – Elegant varietal fruit character, rich aromas and flavors of raspberry, cherry, red current and boysenberries. Hints of mushroom are supported by a subtle oak influence.
