    Hi. I’m getting married next summer and wanted to see about the amenities at the Pavilion. Can you bring your own liquor to the venue or does a catering company provide it? Thank you for your help.

    My dream is to have a winter wedding, just love those snowflakes!! I LOVE the pavilion for a reception. Is there an area to hold an indoor ceremony?? THANKS LOVES!

      Hi Jennie. Both being snow bunnies, Blair and I also love the winter – and wish more brides would do winter weddings – the dresses, the heavier, lush fabrics and deep, rich colors…possibilities are endless and unique.

      Anywho – YES – we have areas for indoor ceremonies. Depending on the size of your party, we would recommend using the lobby mezzanine, or the lobby itself. If your party is going to exceed about 100 people, we’ll plan on using the main hall, then while guests are enjoying cocktails in the lobby after your ceremony, flipping the room for dinner seating (our staff and the caterers take care of this).

    (Opps! I posted this first in the resources section, which I would love to be losted in BTW)
    Thanks so much for the nice write up on your Green Wedding section. I had a potential bride contact me because of it, and just the week before I had a bride contact me about doing flowers for her at your venue. I hope I get the gig so we can begin to build a reputation together; as you can tell I am one of the only vendors who grows their own flowers and is TRUELY green. Thanks again and I look forward to working with you in the future.

      Hi Amy,
      Typically, we start booking during the summer for the next year’s wedding season. We normally see a big uptick during the holiday engagement season as well. Hope this information helps, but would love to set up a site tour to give you additional information. Just let me know. Happy New Year!

      Unfortunately we do not currently have Sunday, May 25, 2014 available. Let us know if there are other dates that you may be interested in. Yes, you are able to bring in your own caterer. Hope we can help,

    Does the kitchen have a pizza oven?

      Hi Cheryl Ann,
      Great question! Unfortunately the kitchen does not have a pizza oven, but rather two warming ovens. We have had a number of weddings bring up their own pizza oven, via food truck normally, and have it sit right outside of the kitchen. That is certainly an option for you.
